No experience is necessary. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and is eager to learn. This is a hands-on position working at our wastewater pretreatment facility. If you aren't afraid to get your hands dirty and enjoy physical work, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Receive and decant wastewater from vacuum trucks. Operate pretreatment plant equipment following company procedures. Monitor the unloading process to ensure safe and proper disposal. Keep the facility, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Perform routine housekeeping and general facility maintenance. Follow all safety policies and environmental regulations. Communicate professionally with drivers and coworkers. Assist with other plant duties as needed. What We're Looking For No experience required. We will provide on-the-job training. Reliable with excellent attendance. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good customer service and communication skills. Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona weather. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation preferred. Work Environment Let's be honest...this job isn't glamorous.
