In this role, you will perform precision assembly using small components made of metal, plastic, and other materials. You will work with basic production tooling, follow standard operating procedures, and conduct routine quality checks to ensure finished products meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Assembly:
Follow manufacturing instructions, diagrams, and operational procedures to assemble small, precision components.
Equipment & Tooling:
Safely operate basic manual assembly equipment, hand tools, and benchtop fixtures to fit parts together.
Part Handling:
Sort, position, and align small, delicate parts accurately within workstations.
Quality Control:
Perform visual and mechanical inspections on parts during and after assembly to maintain product quality.
Team Collaboration:
Work across various assembly stations to help maintain steady production flow and support cross-inspection within the team.
Workstation Upkeep:
Keep tools, equipment, and personal work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Mechanical Aptitude:
Basic manual dexterity and physical intuition when working with small parts and manual production equipment. 2-3 years of assembly experience within warehouse setting. Attention to
