We are committed to delivering natural-looking results through surgical precision, advanced hair restoration techniques, and exceptional patient care. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Manual FUE Hair Transplant Technician to join our surgical team. We are seeking a technician with proven hands-on experience in manual FUE hair transplantation, with a strong specialization in either follicular unit extraction or graft implantation. Experience in both extraction and implantation is highly valued, but expertise in either area is sufficient for consideration. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of graft quality, patient care, and surgical safety. Responsibilities Perform manual FUE follicular unit extraction OR graft implantation according to your area of expertise and under physician supervision. Handle and preserve grafts carefully to maximize graft quality and survival. Assist with graft preparation, dissection, sorting, or implantation as needed. Prepare patients and maintain a clean and sterile surgical environment. Ensure patient comfort throughout the procedure. Maintain surgical instruments and follow infection control and safety protocols. Work collaboratively with the physician and surgical team throughout the procedure. Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail during lengthy surgical procedures. Requirements Medical Assistant (MA) license required. Proven hands-on experience in manual FUE extraction or graft implantation. Strong technical skills and excellent manual dexterity. High attention to detail and commitment to graft quality. Ability to work effectively as part of a surgical team. Professional, reliable, and patient-focused. Experience in both FUE extraction and implantation is a strong plus.
