Since 2016, BSG has built a trusted presence in New York and Los Angeles by bringing surgical hair restoration, regenerative treatments, scalp health, and grooming together in one highly considered experience. Our Downtown West Palm Beach location brings that same expertise and patient-first approach to South Florida. We are looking for an experienced Per Diem Hair Restoration Technician to support our team on scheduled procedure days. The Role Working alongside the physician and clinical team, you will play a key role in our manual FUE procedures—from preparing the room and preserving graft quality to microscopic dissection, sorting, and placement. Technical ability is essential, but the BSG standard goes further. We value composure, discretion, teamwork, and an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Support manual FUE hair transplant procedures on scheduled procedure days Dissect, sort, count, and place grafts with precision Maintain graft integrity through proper handling, hydration, and quality control Work closely with the physician and technician team throughout the surgical day Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, procedure kits, and clinical supplies Support clinical opening and closing responsibilities Maintain accurate graft counts and procedure documentation Follow BSG protocols for sanitation, infection control, patient safety, and privacy Maintain an organized, procedure-ready clinical environment Deliver a calm, private, and highly considered patient experience Qualifications At least 5 years of hands-on manual FUE experience Advanced skill in graft placement and microscopic dissection Experience across the manual FUE surgical workflow A strong understanding of graft preservation and quality control Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, and patient-safety standards The flexibility to work per diem based on scheduled procedure dates The focus and stamina required for long procedure days Clear communication and a team-first mindset A polished, reassuring presence with patients Reliability, adaptability, and exceptional attention to detail BSG is not built around volume.
