A busy Emergency Department in West Palm Beach, Florida is seeking a Locums Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician to provide PM/Nocturnist coverage. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly collaborative emergency medicine team while providing high-quality care in a modern, newly renovated department during evening and overnight hours. Position Overview

Ongoing PRN (as needed) with no defined end dateSchedule:

Approximately 2-3 patients per hour, depending on shift and censusAdmission Rate:

Meditech (eMAR and EDM) Clinical Environment- Provide care for a diverse emergency medicine patient population, including adult and pediatric patients
- Manage a broad range of emergency conditions, from low-acuity complaints to critical care cases
- Work in a fast-paced environment with strong specialty support and a collaborative team structure Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with a broad range of emergency medical conditions
- Perform emergency procedures within the scope of Emergency Medicine practice
- Stabilize critically ill and injured patients
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and diagnostic evaluations
- Collaborate with emergency physicians, specialists, nursing staff, APPs, and ancillary teams to provide timely, patient-centered care
- Document patient encounters accurately using the electronic medical record Team Structure

- 6 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) per shift
