Hourly Job Summary:

Seeking a Maintenance Technicians to ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing repairs and preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic systems, and other production machines. Seeking a Mechanical Technician to support the operation and reliability of machinery and mechanical equipment in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot mechanical equipment by observing operation and using measuring and testing instruments. Dismantle equipment and replace defective parts using hand and power tools. Perform preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic systems, and production machinery. Unload hazardous materials to designated storage vessels. Monitor equipment, parts, and supply inventories and identify replenishment needs. Provide mechanical maintenance support and respond to maintenance requests. Prepare maintenance reports and document completed work, issues, and ongoing needs. Communicate maintenance activities, irregularities, and continuing needs with team members. Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with established procedures and regulations.

Requirements:

General mechanical maintenance experience and knowledge. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Basic grinding, cutting, and brazing skills. Basic wiring, pipe fitting, and small motor repair knowledge. Familiarity with hot work permitting and lockout/tagout procedures.
