Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for Assembling, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems and equipment across manufacturing and fabrication environments. Your knowledge in mechanical principles, operation of machinery and equipment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced setting, contributing to innovative projects. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help drive efficiency, safety, and quality in our operations. We are a turnkey Integrator that Engineer and design plus implement Robotic Systems, Laser Systems and Vision Systems to name a few. Duties Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical systems using hand tools, precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers, Troubleshoot mechanical issues through root cause analysis, utilizing schematics, CAD drawings, AutoCAD, SolidWorks. Fabricate components or modify existing parts using fabrication tools, machining equipment like welding techniques. Control panel wiring Support equipment installation, assembly, and technical specifications. Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery or other automated systems; document all maintenance activities thoroughly. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting automation issues; collaborate with electrical teams for integrated system repairs. Assist in root cause analysis investigations following equipment failures or quality deviations to implement corrective actions effectively. Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician or similar role within manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong mechanical knowledge including mechanical fabrication techniques, machining processes, and equipment repair. Skilled in reading schematics, technical drawings, and schematics related to mechanical systems. Light machining skills. From $35.00 per hour
