Key Responsibilities Assembles, tests, and debugs complex precision assemblies and systems. Interprets and follows detailed engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately fit, align, and secure high-precision components such as spindles and bearings. Utilizes specialized tools and precision measurement equipment to ensure assemblies meet stringent accuracy and quality standards. Identifies, documents, and communicates product defects and assist in troubleshooting and corrective actions. Maintains detailed and accurate documentation of assembly procedures and test results. Performs assembly, calibration, and verification of machining systems to ensure peak performance. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and ensures timely product delivery. Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work environment while adhering to all company safety regulations. Demonstrates flexibility by working overtime or traveling between facilities (NH and NC) as required. Perform other related duties as assigned. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. 2-5 years of experience in mechanical assembly, machine tool building, or a related industry. Proven ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and drawings. Experience with precision mechanical or electro-mechanical systems preferred.
