small precision technical work, building small/complex objects, assembly of electrical components, general labor with measuring/math tasks Proof of reading blueprints must be evident on resume Ability to use test stand equipment and hand tools Effective communication skills (cell setup experience like fast food is a plus) Self-motivated, dependable, goal-oriented, adaptable team player Comfortable working in a team environment Manual dexterity test required during interview
