Job Description
Manufacturing Engineer This role is responsible for leading scrap reduction and cost improvement initiatives across assigned value streams while serving as the subject matter expert for key plant processes. The position involves planning, organizing, and presenting data collection efforts to support defect reduction and broader continuous improvement initiatives. The individual will provide advisory support to the maintenance team, focusing on troubleshooting and diagnosing production equipment issues, and will collaborate on developing upgrade plans to improve equipment performance and reliability. Additionally, the role contributes to the design and implementation of work standards, quality control charts, and other operational excellence tools to drive overall plant performance and continuous improvement objectives.
