This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who thrive in fast-paced engineering environments and enjoy coordinating schedules, tracking hardware, managing technical data, and supporting critical program execution efforts. What You'll Do As an Engineering Technician 3, you will support engineering teams by organizing technical information, monitoring program activities, tracking hardware and procurement status, and providing visibility into key project milestones. You will work across multiple systems and tools to ensure engineers and program leaders have accurate, timely information needed to keep projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Support engineering teams with processing technical data, analyses, and drawings Track hardware procurement, integration activities, and delivery schedules Coordinate with buyers, vendors, and internal stakeholders on procurement status Monitor and report schedule milestones, dependencies, and task progress Update and maintain Jira tasks within an Agile environment Generate reports, charts, and status updates for engineering leadership Track labor hours, actuals, expenses, and budget information Support

requirements and submission tracking Assist with additional program and engineering support activities as needed Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 4+ years of related experience and/or additional education Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance Must be a U.S. Citizen Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Business, Engineering Technology, Project Management, or related field Experience supporting engineering, aerospace, defense, or technical programs Familiarity with Teamcenter or other PLM systems Experience with Jira, Agile, or Scrum environments Understanding of hardware tracking, procurement coordination, and integration support Experience with project schedules, IMS, or MS Project Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis Strong communication and reporting skills Why Apply?
