Senior Project Architect / Senior Architect A nationally recognized, employee-owned AEC firm is seeking a Senior Project Architect to join its growing team supporting complex aerospace, industrial, manufacturing, aviation, and government-related projects throughout Southern California. This is an opportunity to work on technically challenging facilities alongside integrated architecture, engineering, and construction teams while playing a key role in project leadership, client engagement, and technical delivery. The firm offers a highly collaborative environment, strong long-term career growth, and exposure to large-scale projects from concept through construction. Responsibilities Lead projects through all phases of design and construction. Oversee production, coordination, QA/QC, and technical documentation. Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development. Interface directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and construction administration. Participate in business development and proposal efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Architectural License required. 8+ years of professional architectural experience. Strong experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in Revit/BIM and construction documentation. Experience with complex project types such as aerospace, industrial, manufacturing, aviation, science & technology, mission critical, federal, or similar technical facilities.
