Process Design Engineer / Plant Design Engineer Chemical Industry

Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Process Design Engineer / Plant Design Engineer with strong expertise in chemical process engineering, front-end engineering design (FEED), and detailed engineering for capital projects. The candidate should possess hands-on experience in process safety, equipment sizing, PFD/P&ID development, and industry standards related to pressure vessels and welding. Experience with PLM and CAD tools such as Solid Edge and Teamcenter is preferred. Required Experience 8+ years of relevant experience in Chemical / Process Engineering Experience in capital project execution within chemical/process manufacturing industries Strong exposure to FEED and Detailed Engineering activities Must-Have Skills Strong understanding of chemical industry processes Experience with: Front End Engineering Design (FEED) Detailed Engineering Feasibility & Conceptual Engineering Process Hazard Analysis (PHA)

Knowledge of:

PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams) P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) Equipment sizing Equipment & Instrument datasheets Good understanding of: ASME standards ASTM standards Welding standards Pressure Vessel standards Experience in process safety reviews and engineering coordination
