About the role We are seeking multiple Swift Engineers who combine deep technical expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership. This individual must be capable of designing solutions with manufacturability, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence in mind from the outset, balancing innovation with practical execution. The ideal candidate is a "can-do" problem solver who thrives in ambiguous environments, proactively identifies opportunities, and drives initiatives from concept through deployment. Beyond technical contribution, this person will serve as a mentor and inter-departmental force multiplier, elevating standards, developing talent, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Qualifications Hands-on experience with composite materials, manufacturing, assembly, testing, or design A strong technical foundation with the ability to solve complex engineering problems Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams Excellent communication and teamwork skills A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications Senior-level engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership Experience supporting the full product lifecycle, from concept through production Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes, structural design, analysis, testing, or certification Experience working in regulated or defense-related environments Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering or experience in related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience within aerospace, defense, aviation, or advanced manufacturing industries. Experience working with ERP/MRP systems such as: SAP Oracle Deltek Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and production documentation. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a highly regulated, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with aerospace quality standards such as:
