Our platform accelerates RTL development, functional verification, and simulation. About the Role We need a Senior Design Engineer to own the product experience across our platform — CLI, web, IDE, desktop, and other agent-native interfaces. You'll define workflows, interaction models, and how users work with AI agents (task creation, review, approval, recovery, failure handling), working directly with users, engineers, and leadership from problem definition through launch. What You'll Do Own product experience across CLI, web, IDE, desktop interfaces Translate complex chip design/verification workflows into clear product experiences Define how users interact with AI agents end-to-end Work directly with customers to identify the right problems to solve Build prototypes/production interfaces when needed Maintain a high quality bar across engineering What We're Looking For Strong experience shipping user-facing software Excellent frontend/product engineering skills Exceptional product, interaction design, and IA judgment Comfort driving alignment under ambiguity, without formal authority Ability to reason through full workflows, edge cases, failure states Fast learner in unfamiliar technical domains Nice to Have AI-native products, agents, copilots, or probabilistic systems Developer tools, CLI products, or IDE integrations Semiconductor design, verification, or EDA tooling familiarity Experience designing across multiple interfaces
