Per Hour Job Summary:

This role focuses on enhancing and maintaining automation systems within a biological manufacturing environment, ensuring efficient and reliable production processes. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and updating DeltaV systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate process needs into technical solutions, and providing essential on-site support for manufacturing operations. The position requires a strong analytical approach to problem-solving and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automation applications using DCS, HMI, SCADA, and PLC systems. Translate process requirements into robust automation and engineering designs through collaboration. Investigate and resolve complex issues within process control and automation systems. Design, test, and implement automated process equipment for new product introductions. Contribute to capital projects by applying automation engineering principles for system design and commissioning.

Must-Have Skills:

DeltaV Batch Experience Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Processes Knowledge Automation Design, Installation, Programming, and Validation Expertise Experience in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of GMP production facility equipment and systems.
