Type:
full-time We're hiring a Senior Manufacturing Manager to lead a multi-shift plastics manufacturing operation across injection molding, extrusion, and assembly .
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supervisors, leads & operators across multiple shifts
- Drive OEE, productivity, quality, safety & cost improvements
- Manage Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Finance & Supply Chain
- Oversee production budgets, labor efficiency & scrap reduction
- Ensure GMP/GDP and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years manufacturing experience; 5+ years leadership
- Strong plastics manufacturing experience
- Injection molding required; extrusion highly preferred
- Lean/Six Sigma preferred
- Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus
- SAP experience preferred
