You will promote the growth, profitability and competitive advantage of aftermarket products and services for Bombardier Service Centers for either the Learjet, Challenger or Global product lines You will support the Business Aircraft Services Sales team by providing expert technical guidance and developing compelling value propositions for customer engagements, campaigns and strategic discussions for interior modifications. You will support the review and analysis of products to ensure overall business acumen, product standardization and cost containment You will ensure teamwork with Vendors, Sales, & Product Administrators for continuous improvement of our product roadmap and portfolio with respect to interior commodities. Review products in development to anticipate possible technical impact You will act as the engineering focal for all Bombardier model aircraft in the bid and proposal phase for customers wanting to modify their aircraft interior. You will support routine technical questions from the various team members, both domestic and international, and support impromptu and informal customer discussions with the Sales Managers regarding interior modifications for their aircraft You will act as the representative of engineering while interfacing with the client technical/program office representatives and suppliers You will lead and drive the involvement and inputs from multidisciplinary stakeholders to find solutions to technical roadblocks, risks and challenges You will support sales meetings as required by the sales team leadership to provide technical insight on current high-profile modifications and upgrades for the Sales Managers You will communicate with stakeholders (customer, management, team, resources, supplier) such that there is solid alignment and coordination You will be accountable for the submission of all Engineering Bids given How to thrive in this role? You have at least 8 years of experience in engineering and/or aircraft interior modifications in the aerospace industry You hold a Bachelor's or Technical degree in Engineering (highly preferred) You possess understanding and relevant experience in aircraft product development and certification You demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills such that you are able to communicate, align and influence stakeholders You must have strong communication skills to ensure clear consistent and timely sharing of information within the team and across functional areas You must have proficiency in MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel to generate and give presentations to various levels in the company You have a strong technical knowledge of aircraft and aircraft systems related to interior installations (preferred) Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team!
