Support equipment implementation, process optimization, and CI. Partner with production and engineering teams to implement solutions. Job Description Responsibilities :
Support machining processes, equipment, and tooling requirements. Create and maintain engineering drawings, work instructions, and ECOs. Drive process improvements through root cause analysis and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Design fixtures using CAD software and recommend new manufacturing solutions. Support equipment implementation, validation, and capital improvement projects. The Successful Applicant Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to manufacturing support. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and engineering change processes preferred. What's on
