Develop and improve manufacturing processes through analysis, research, and optimization. Evaluate manufacturing methods, equipment, tooling, materials, and product designs. Support process efficiency, quality improvement, and production optimization initiatives. Collaborate with operators, vendors, and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Process Development Study product requirements and manufacturing methods. Research, design, modify, and test manufacturing processes and equipment. Collaborate with equipment vendors to identify and implement solutions. Develop and optimize manufacturing procedures. Process Improvement & Efficiency Analyze workflows, space utilization, and equipment layouts. Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity. Recommend and implement process improvements. Support automation initiatives where applicable.

Quality & Compliance:

Design and establish testing methods for products and processes. Evaluate finished product quality and process capabilities. Develop quality standards and ensure adherence. Support compliance with government regulations and company standards. Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing and process data. Prepare reports on product performance, process effectiveness, and trends. Use analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement. Maintain and update product and process databases. Production Planning & Cost Analysis Calculate production, labor, and material costs. Review production schedules and capacity requirements. Support forecasting and future resource planning. Equipment & Maintenance Support Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair activities. Ensure equipment operates according to manufacturer guidelines. Request specialized service support when needed. Technical Support & Collaboration Provide manufacturing engineering support to internal teams. Respond to technical questions and process-related requests. Work closely with technicians, operators, and production teams. Project & Team Support Assist in design and development projects. Train and guide technicians on manufacturing processes and best practices. Contribute to team objectives and continuous improvement initiatives. Professional Development Stay current with industry trends and manufacturing technologies. Participate in workshops, professional societies, and training opportunities. Build technical expertise and professional networks. Ideal Candidate Profile Recent graduate or engineer with 0 to 1 year of experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with data analysis tools and reporting. Exposure to manufacturing processes, process optimization, or automation projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.
