Lead engineering projects through all phases, driving improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction Troubleshoot manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and work instructions while supporting daily production needs Develop and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles Research, evaluate, and implement new manufacturing technologies, including equipment testing, installation, and startup support Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges and provide training on new processes and equipment What You Need to Bring to the Senior Manufacturing Engineer role: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field Minimum of 5 years of professional engineering experience in a manufacturing environment Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and controls systems in a production setting Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship #SMNCareers Ready to Apply?
