Job Summary:
Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes. Support production planning and decision-making by evaluating production times, staffing requirements, and costs while working closely with management, engineering, and other teams. Will also provide technical support, training, and process improvement expertise while using statistical methods to identify manufacturing needs and develop solutions.
Job Duties:
Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements focused on quality, efficiency, and costEvaluate production times, staffing requirements, and manufacturing costs to support management decisionsDevelop and coordinate project plans, manage project activities, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetLead DFMEA sessions to identify and mitigate potential design risksApply Lean Manufacturing principles, FMEA, and continuous improvement practices to improve manufacturing processesProvide technical support and training while collaborating with management, engineering, and other teamsIdentify cost-saving opportunities, improve resource utilization, and support overall business performanceTravel up to 10% to customer and manufacturing locations as needed
Qualifications:
