Job Description:
If you're the kind of engineer who loves rolling up your sleeves and improving processes, this could be the role that brings more challenge, visibility, and growth to your career. We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to help drive efficiency, quality, and innovation across multiple product lines from initial concept through full-scale production. This isn't a narrow or routine position. You'll work cross-functionally, lead continuous improvement efforts, support new product introductions, and help shape a smarter, more effective manufacturing operation.
What You'll Be Doing:
Work directly with production and maintenance teams to improve process flow, reduce material waste, and minimize downtime. Support automation and equipment upgrade projects, helping evaluate needs and implement solutions. Create and maintain accurate product drawings and manufacturing documentation; champion standardization and control. Recommend and drive improvements in plant layout, material flow, and overall production efficiency. Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product launches and process readiness. Assist in packaging design and implementation with an eye toward efficiency and functionality. Support quality initiatives by ensuring appropriate controls and inspection methods are in place. Perform capacity analysis and recommend new or updated equipment where needed. Analyze current operations and propose strategies to improve throughput and reduce costs.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role A hands-on mindset Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks preferred) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
