Seeking a senior-level, hands-on Manufacturing Engineer who will focus on manufacturing processes, process development, validation, and continuous improvement in a regulated medical product manufacturing environment. Approximately 80% of the role will be spent on the production floor, working directly with Operations and equipment to troubleshoot problems, improve processes, introduce new equipment, and increase production throughput. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills who can independently identify opportunities and drive solutions through implementation. Prior experience with heat treating, chemical processing/electroplating, and/or automation is highly beneficial.Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of hands-on manufacturing/process engineering experienceHeat treating and/or automation experienceStrong root cause analysis and structured problem-solving skillsExperience with manufacturing process development and validationLean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement experienceComfortable working directly on the production floorSelf-starter who can identify and solve problems independentlyExperience with new equipment introduction and process improvementBasic CAD/fixture design experienceJob Duties:

Qualifications:
