Your Core Responsibilities Travel to customer sites to commission new machines and diagnose/resolve mechanical and electrical issues. Use digital resources to research faults and determine corrective actions. Record work performed with clear, concise service notes for customers and office teams. Advise on preventive maintenance and provide post-install training and support. Continuously build product and industry expertise across the Haas portfolio. Qualifications Background in mechanical/electrical service or engineering; CNC experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings/schematics (required). Capable of lifting 40-50 lbs routinely; flexible schedule with frequent regional travel and daily dispatch from home.
