Manufacturing Process Engineer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will design and develop new processes or enhance existing ones, applying structured problem-solving methodologies to achieve excellence. Responsibilities Design and develop new processes or improve existing processes. Solve problems and improve processes using structured methods such as KT, Designed Experimentation, or Six Sigma. Implement Process Control and Process Discipline systems into manufacturing operations. Analyze process data using statistical tools, including pareto, regression, and analysis of variance. Measure and communicate performance against established objectives. Review and interpret data to recommend immediate and long-term corrective actions. Document processes and train operators and peers on defined processes. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical, Materials, or Ceramic Engineering. 3-6 years of work experience in manufacturing process, engineering, or related fields. Strong problem-solving mentality. Additional Skills & Qualifications Effective presentation skills. Capability to lead small process development/improvement projects. Experience in innovation. Process excellence certification (Six Sigma Green Belt or higher). Work Environment This position is based onsite from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional travel to the Noblesville location during the first year. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
