We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to support quality systems, process improvement initiatives, and new product introductions within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment . This role is ideal for a quality professional with strong expertise in
IATF 16949
standards, Automotive Core Tools, process capability analysis, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement methodologies . The successful candidate will partner with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to ensure products meet quality requirements while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and support quality initiatives within an automotive manufacturing environment. Perform GR&R (Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility) studies and measurement system analysis. Conduct process capability studies (Cp, Cpk) and capacity analysis to evaluate manufacturing performance. Develop, maintain, and improve Control Plans, PFMEA, and quality documentation . Investigate product and process failures using structured root cause analysis methodologies. Support corrective and preventive action activities (CAPA). Collaborate with product engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers during new product launches and process changes. Ensure compliance with
IATF 16949
quality management system requirements . Analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Interface directly with customers and suppliers regarding quality concerns, expectations, and resolutions. Participate in audits, quality reviews, and process validation activities. Experience with:
Root Cause Analysis Failure Analysis Corrective Actions Continuous Improvement Methods ? Excellent communication and customer-facing skills ? Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, production, quality, suppliers, and customers Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related technical field Equivalent experience within an
OEM/OES IATF 16949
