The position will be based in Andover, MA , with some time spent at the Chelmsford facility. The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, organizing, tracking, coordinating, and reporting on engineering project activities. This role will serve as a Control Account Manager (CAM) and support the development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for Advanced Test Equipment programs. The position will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Program Management, and other cross functional teams to support successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for Advanced Programs. Develop, maintain, and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for Advanced Test Equipment programs. Ensure schedule activities remain aligned with program milestones and resource plans. Coordinate planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of assigned engineering projects. Serve as the primary material procurement liaison for Advanced Programs. Oversee material requisitions, receipt verification, and kitting activities. Track project activities and provide status updates and reports as required. Build strong working relationships across functional teams and external stakeholders. Identify and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to improve project execution and efficiency. Improve project documentation and related processes. Support project management activities and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes. Communicate project status, risks, issues, and requirements to relevant stakeholders. Perform additional project engineering and program support activities as required. Basic Qualifications Bachelor degree from an accredited institution. 3 or more years of Project Management experience. Experience building effective relationships across functional teams. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Active Secret Clearance required to start. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross functional team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) . Project Management experience within a defense organization. Engineering or manufacturing industry experience. Experience with SAP . Experience working with engineering or manufacturing programs. Experience communicating effectively with cross functional teams and external stakeholders. Experience supporting material procurement, scheduling, or project execution activities. Experience with DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement) . BI03
Pay:
$67.45 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
