What You'll Do:
Maintain and support production equipment Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives across plant manufacturing operations Assist in product design efforts with a focus on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) parts and processes Analyze, review, and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency using Lean manufacturing techniques Recommend, justify, and implement new equipment and process installations Prepare routings, process sheets, work instructions, and process drawings; establish feeds, speeds, cycle times, and other operating parameters for various equipment Support production personnel in troubleshooting process and quality issues Define and establish manufacturing engineering requirements related to machinery, equipment, tooling, manufacturing methods, processes, and routings Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Technology 8+ years of experience with manufacturing technologies, processes, methods, machining, and assembly 8+ years of experience supporting manufacturing operations, product lines, or production practices
