They are recruiting a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join their team on a full-time day shift in return for $125,000-$135,000 along with excellent employment benefits which include 401(k), healthcare, dental, vision, flexible schedule and paid time off.
Duties will include:
Drive improvements across plant capacity, productivity and material utilization. Monitor OEE, production losses, yield and capacity to identify improvement opportunities. Lead Top Loss identification, root cause analysis and corrective actions. Improve production throughput, line performance and operational workflow. Reduce raw material losses and product giveaway through data-driven improvements. Lead continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations. Apply Lean tools including 5S, Pareto, 5 Why, A3, SMED and standard work. Work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance and quality teams. Identify and prioritize high-ROI plant improvement opportunities. Use plant performance data to develop and implement actionable improvements. The Continuous Improvement Engineer should have the following skills and experience: 7-12 years of experience within manufacturing environments. Proven experience improving operational and manufacturing performance. Strong Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing knowledge. Experience with OEE, yield, capacity, productivity and loss reduction. Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities. Experience using Lean tools including 5S, 5 Why, A3, SMED and Pareto analysis.
