Typical Daily Duties:
Develop work instructions, visual aids, and process documentation to support production and quality standards Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, SMED, and value stream mapping Analyze workflows, conduct time studies, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs Assist with equipment installation, setup, and process validation activities Train supervisors and team members on new processes, procedures, and product changes Support plant safety initiatives and compliance efforts Maintain production data, routings, and Bills of Operations Coordinate TPM and preventive maintenance activities Requirements to be
