We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer, Final Assembly to lead the development, design, and installation of production tooling in support of new F-150 program launches. In this role, you will drive tooling strategy from concept through implementation, ensuring all upper body tooling meets stringent quality, safety, and manufacturing efficiency standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - including manufacturing engineering, quality, and program management - to ensure seamless integration of new tooling into production while meeting aggressive program timelines.
