Job Description

We made history and now we work to transform the future - for our customers, our communities and our families. You'll see your work on the road every day, helping people move freely and pursue their dreams. At Ford, you can build more than vehicles. Come build what matters. As part of our Manufacturing team, you'll help build the world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles we're known for. In our plants around the world, we're constantly developing new technologies and processes to further increase our efficiency. You'll get the satisfaction of making great products people use and love. In this position... We are looking for a high-energy Process Engineer who possesses "dual-threat" engineering sensibilities—combining a deep understanding of mechanical systems with an aptitude for electrical and controls logic. In this role, you aren't just managing a process; you are optimizing it through data-driven decision-making and continuous learning. The ideal candidate thrives in the dynamic atmosphere of a unionized manufacturing facility. You should be as comfortable troubleshooting on the shop floor alongside skilled trades as you are presenting technical deep-dives to senior leadership. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise in CNC machining, a passion for quality systems, and the ability to build the working relationships necessary to move projects across the finish line.
