General Summary:

The Cashier's are responsible for register transactions involving the sale and/or return of merchandise as well as answering phones and greeting customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in creating a positive, professional and safe work environment. Check out customers including sales and returns. Greet customers throughout the store. Thank customers when finished and when they are leaving the store. Assist with stocking, orderliness, and cleanliness of the register area and sales floor. Ensure all calls and pages are answered promptly, courteously and effectively.

Job Requirements:

Ability to be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours). Ability to lift up to 50lbs Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor Be professional in appearance and actions. Retail experience (preferred) Hardware experience (preferred)
