This role will focus on identifying, analyzing, and resolving quality concerns related to Body Exterior systems , including trim, decals, bumpers, latches, and sealing components.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering discipline 5+ years of experience in Quality, Product Development, Manufacturing, or Program Engineering Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills Experience working in manufacturing and production environments Design Release Engineer (DRE) experience preferred Six Sigma Black Belt training/certification is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve product and process quality issues Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Drive quality objectives for Body Exterior systems
Preferred Experience:
