Drivefacility's lean culture by supporting business process improvements through Continuous Improvement events

Assessand eliminatesafetyrisksin the manufacturing environment and drive improvements to ergonomicsthroughout the production process

Establish production run rates, balance standard work, create smooth flow of material and finishedproduct

Improve product qualityby building quality control and mistake-proofing into the manufacturing process

Drive cost reduction through improved labor efficiency, improved material utilization, reduced defect rates

Implement product changes through ECO process and support new product launches Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree inManufacturingEngineering or Related Field

Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, primarily Excel, Project, Outlook; & AutoCAD

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles Skills and Abilities Must be organized, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple tasksand projects.

Ability to influence and adapt to continuous improvement driven change

Proven project leadership

Strong communication and presentation skills

Demonstratedability to solve complex problemsandthinkstrategically

Work with cross functional teams and leaders

Ability to exceed customerexpectations Environment Primarily in a Manufacturing facility with split focus between an office environment and production floor
