This opportunity covers the spring semester, running from February 17, 2027 to June 3, 2027. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team to provide valuable support to students across all grade levels. In this role, your primary focus will be on facilitating group sessions, holding one-on-one meetings with students and families, and actively participating in school meetings and initiatives that foster student growth and well-being. You'll play a key role in connecting families to resources and helping to create an inclusive, supportive school atmosphere.

What We're Looking For:

Dual licensure as a social worker and a school social worker in the state of Minnesota (required) Experience working with K-12 students and families in a school setting Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to organize and lead group sessions Comfort with crisis intervention and providing emotional/behavioral support

Key Responsibilities:
