Job Description
The Manufacturing Support Engineer will be responsible for ensuring manufacturability in new product designs, diagnosing manufacturing issues, improving manufacturing processes in a fast paced, innovation-centric environment. This also includes, providing system analysis of customer applications and root cause analysis of product and customer system issues.
Are You Looking To:
- Support Design Engineering and Manufacturing Teams to fulfill customers' needs in a timely manner.
- Debug, Diagnose, Correct, and Document manufacturing problems as they arise.
- Improve Manufacturing processes to increase quality, efficiency, and/or throughput
- Participate in new product development efforts with manufacturability design input
- Establish Personal Time Management System.
- Display a professional demeanor and dress when representing Bel to Customers and Suppliers.
- Mentor Engineers and Technicians.
What You'll Need:
- BS Engineering with 5-10 years of high-speed electronics design and manufacturability
- Three to five years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment
- Must be a Lawful U.
