Responsibilities:
Paint Process Engineer run and maintain automotive paint equipment and robots to ensure safety, quality and throughput metrics are attained daily. Very fast paced- give a lot of direction to the technician Not a very structured position/day-to-day varies a lot, have to be able to adapt and pivot Be able to handle confrontation Think and be able to solve problems Able to work with their hands and understand mechanical issues, understand how things fit and work
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, Technical Degree strongly required, but the manager is open to a high school diploma. Years of experience- at least 8 years' experience preferred Leadership experience/skills is a plus
