$100,000-$120,000 Responsibilities Lead capital improvement projects from planning through startup and handoff. Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical requirements. Coordinate contractors, vendors, and plant personnel to ensure successful execution. Oversee equipment installations, process upgrades, and facility modifications. Track project milestones, costs, and risks while implementing corrective actions as needed. Prepare documentation for project approvals and ensure compliance with internal procedures. Promote a strong safety culture and verify adherence to environmental and engineering standards. Support commissioning activities to ensure operational and performance objectives are achieved. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline. 2+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, chemical, or industrial operations. Knowledge of plant processes, maintenance practices, and capital project execution. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
