AM Qualifications:

Active RN license Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Labor & Delivery nursing Proficient with EPIC electronic health records Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care in high-acuity L&D environments Compliance with 50-mile radius rule

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to laboring women and their newborns Monitor maternal and fetal health, promptly addressing changes in status Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Administer medications, perform assessments, provide postpartum support, and assist during deliveries Document patient interactions and care accurately using EPIC Collaborate effectively with physicians, midwives, and other multidisciplinary team members Educate mothers and families on postpartum care and newborn needs Maintain a calm, reassuring presence in emergent and routine situations This assignment offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference for families at a critical time while working alongside top clinicians.
