The ideal candidate understands CNC turning and can clearly explain what a machine is doing, how it should be configured, and whether it is a good fit for a particular application. The position will begin part time, with hours scheduled as needed. We expect the role and available hours to grow as machine sales and customer demand increase.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Hands-on CNC lathe operating experience Experience setting up CNC turning equipment, including tools, offsets, workholding, and materials Ability to read part drawings and understand dimensions, tolerances, and surface-finish requirements Working knowledge of tooling, feeds and speeds, and common turning operations Ability to diagnose machining and part-quality problems Willingness and ability to learn unfamiliar equipment and control systems Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly Professional and comfortable interacting directly with prospective buyers and existing customers Dependable, organized, and able to work independently Training on our equipment will be provided.

SCHEDULE AND GROWTH
This position will begin on a part-time, as-needed basis. Hours will initially depend on scheduled demonstrations, sample-part requests, machine testing, and customer-support needs.
