Overview:
To build highly automated, long-endurance UAV platforms capable of operating in the most demanding environments to support defense, security, infrastructure monitoring, disaster response, and other critical missions.

What you'll do Translate engineering technical drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) into digestible, detailed work instructions for manufacturing UAS components. Drive manufacturing process improvements focused on factory flow optimization and reduced build time. Work closely with QA/QC to deliver consistent, quality products to warfighters. Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation in compliance with
ISO 9001/AS9100
standards. Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability of new and existing products. Identify and implement tooling, fixturing, and process solutions to support production scaling. Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes for manufacturing non-conformances. Qualifications 2 years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or defense industries. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering technical drawings and BOMs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, cable drawings, mechanical part and assembly drawings Preferred Qualifications Experience in UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems) manufacturing. Experience working in an
ISO 9001/AS9100
certified manufacturing facility. Experience working on Department of War (DoW) contracts. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with Altium or Solidworks Strong background in one or multiple of the following: composite manufacturing, machining, cable and pcb manufacturing, mechanical assembly
