Job Description

We're hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support welding and fabrication operations for a leading manufacturer. This role will focus on improving weld quality, increasing production efficiency, and driving process improvements across the manufacturing floor. Key Responsibilities Improve and optimize welding processes to enhance quality and productivity Troubleshoot welding and fabrication issues to minimize downtime and defects Support new product introductions and manufacturing process development Partner with production, quality, and maintenance teams to drive operational improvements Implement process improvements, tooling enhancements, and automation initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience Experience with MIG, TIG, robotic, or automated welding processes Background in metal fabrication, heavy manufacturing, industrial equipment, or automotive manufacturing Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred Why Apply High-impact role with visibility across the operation Opportunity to work with advanced welding technologies and automation Direct influence on quality, efficiency, and manufacturing performance Collaborative and growth-oriented engineering team
