Immediate / ASAP About the Role We're hiring a Manufacturing Engineer with strong CNC machining expertise to join our dedicated production team. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of programming, processing, and implementing efficient methods for producing high-quality machined parts, and will contribute to developing the most efficient and cost-effective machining processes for our customers. What You'll Do Develop and implement efficient, high-quality CNC machining processes across a 30,000 sq. ft. production facility Manage current and new projects while continuously assessing processes for continuous improvement opportunities Utilize and help innovate quick-change workholding techniques to reduce spindle downtime Mentor team members to help develop and improve their CNC manufacturing skills Ensure all work complies with our ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards, including PPAPs, FAIs, sampling plans, and dimensional inspection requirements What We're Looking For Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with CNC programming and machine set-up Highly proficient in CAM programming Strong knowledge of standard and custom tooling Excellent attention to detail Additional Skills Solid computer skills Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay:

$32.00 - $35.00 per hour
