Key Responsibilities As a Design Engineer, you will work closely with project managers and senior engineers to support the planning, design, and execution of land development projects.
Responsibilities include:
Designing stormwater management systems for both new and existing developments. Preparing grading and drainage designs for a variety of site development projects. Developing plans for roads, retaining walls, swales, and stormwater management facilities. Assisting in the preparation of engineering calculations, technical reports, and construction plans. Collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. Supporting project execution while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and design standards. Qualifications & Skills The ideal candidate will possess: Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities with sound engineering judgment. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. A collaborative mindset and proven ability to work successfully within a team environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AutoCAD is highly desirable. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail. Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a focus on Land Development. 1-2 years of experience in grading, drainage, and site development design. Experience working in an engineering consulting or construction-related environment preferred. Why Join Us?
