Full Time Experience:
Entry Level Roles and Responsibilities Leadership Carry out the firm's mission, vision and values; Carry out assigned management objectives; Self-motivated and goal oriented; Exhibit the ability to assist project managers and executive team so they may effectively deal with clients, contractors and design teams to deliver a well-engineered set of documents to meet the projects needs on time and under budget Client Service Assist with multiple concurrent engineering projects; Demonstrates a sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines Technical Responsibilities Have a working knowledge of engineering practices, principles, and awareness of applicable regulations, and codes; Perform site inspections and attend field meetings; Assist project managers/professional engineers with the design of land development projects and structural design of various structures; Gather data from pertinent regulations and available mapping to assist in preparing base maps for each project; Knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D and all MS Office products; Prepare basic design criteria such as grading, construction details, zoning analyses, and have a knowledge of stormwater management designs; Assist in reviewing site plans applications Qualifications and Education Requirements EIT certification is preferred but not required; Experience is preferred through prior work experience (0-2 years) or an Accredited Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, surveying, planning, or other technical profession that fits InSite's core business; Experience in AutoCad is preferred Fluency in English language , with excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills (public speaking is a plus) Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
