Job Description

We are seeking an Advanced Engineering Manufacturing Engineer to support New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through production launch. This role partners with cross-functional teams to evaluate manufacturability, define production processes, support tooling and equipment decisions, and ensure new products are ready for scalable manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Lead manufacturing readiness for NPI projects from tool kickoff through production release. Evaluate manufacturability, product requirements, tooling, packaging, automation, equipment, labor needs, and process capability. Develop cost estimates and quote inputs for labor, tooling, packaging, automation, machinery, and manufacturing processes. Define, qualify, and validate new manufacturing equipment and processes, including PFMEA, IQ, OQ, and PQ support. Create and maintain work instructions, SOPs, project records, and production handoff documentation. Support production launch through operator training, launch metric monitoring, and transition to ongoing operations. Prepare and evaluate RFQ packages for packaging, automation, and post-processing equipment. Manage project scope, action items, due dates, and communication throughout development and launch. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered. 4+ years of manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or new product launch experience preferred. Experience with injection molding and/or blow molding preferred. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and process validation preferred. Strong communication, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project SolidWorks or similar CAD software ERP systems Adobe or related documentation tools
