Job Description
A growing company is looking for Quality Assurance Engineer to join its team in New York City. The primary responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Assist the Engineering Supervisor in maintaining the quality and assurance programs Monitor production procedures on a daily basis and report to relevant personnel to solve the problems found Conduct inspections on finished products and sample products Conduct responsibility analysis based on product repair documentation. Assist relevant departments regarding the repair fees charged and the products returned back, and help determine the causes of damages. Contact the supervisors of production lines to provide product quality data Investigate the causes of inferior and /or delayed products and provide written reports Monitor production safety and the cleanness of the factory area. Respond to end customer inquiries regarding product quality and reliability Travel to investigate various issues and perform field testing in job sites. Qualifications Associate degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or civil engineering required. Minimum of one year's experience in manufacturing industry Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
