Required Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field 4+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficiency with CAD software and MS Office suite Fundamental knowledge of electronics and mechanical assembly principles Experience with mathematical concepts like geometry, trigonometry, and statistical inference Practical understanding of process flow development and standard operating procedures Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience with Earned Value Management Systems and cost/benefit analysis Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies Familiarity with tooling and equipment justification and ROI analysis

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering (required) 4+ years in manufacturing process development and project management Experience in cross-functional collaboration and technical liaison roles
